The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob, opening onto a dining area for 4 and a living room with a corner sofa and TV. You will enjoy Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a private barbecue. Outside, relax in your private garden and on the open terrace, sunny all day, with garden furniture, loungers, and a parasol, in a calm and peaceful setting. The property is on a quiet dead-end street, set in a valley away from main roads. You can park in the private courtyard, use 2 shared on-site spaces, or park on the street. Parties are not allowed to ensure neighborhood tranquility. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The house is 5 minutes from Palus beach, supervised in summer, with a children's playground and access to the GR 34 hiking trail. Plouha center, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants, is within walking distance. Pointe de Plouha, the highest cliff in Brittany, is 5 minutes by car. Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Bed linen is provided and cleaning is included. Please bring your own towels.
