The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob, opening onto a dining area for 4 and a living room with a corner sofa and TV. You have Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a private barbecue. Outside, relax in your private garden and on the open terrace, sunny all day, with garden furniture, loungers, and a parasol, in a calm and peaceful setting. The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a valley away from main roads. You can park in the private courtyard or use 2 shared parking spaces on site, as well as street parking. Parties are not allowed to maintain neighborhood tranquility. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The house is 5 minutes from Palus beach, supervised in summer, with a children's play area and access to the GR 34 hiking trail. Plouha center, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants, is within walking distance. Pointe de Plouha, the highest cliff in Brittany, is a 5-minute drive. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am. Bed linen is provided and cleaning is included. Please bring your own towels.
